Similar to when we sell a property, we advertise professionally on Rightmove and other relevant sites, all of the viewings, tenant vetting, and negotiations are completed by Lauren personally.
We often have tenants already waiting.
Should you choose our fully managed service, then we will take away all of the hassles for you and manage the inspections, any repairs or maintenance, and of course any unexpected issues if they arise.

How do we differ from a letting agent?
Lauren will personally be responsible for all of the viewings, vetting, and negotiation with a flexible service, 7 days a week including evenings. She works independently on your behalf and builds a relationship directly with potential clients to ensure that you are matched with the most suitable tenant. Our job is to attain the best possible price and term for you and to make your experience stress-free.
Does it cost any more to let my property?
As a client, upon agreement of the contract, you pay the standard agent fee, to receive a dedicated and personalised service. If you choose our management service, then we charge for this on a percentage basis of the agreed monthly rental cost.
