From being flexible on viewing times (inc evenings and weekends) to accommodate me and my family’s availability…all the way to being straight talking about prices and offers. Within an evening of chatting and text messaging we had an offer accepted!
Even after that she was there to support (even tho in that period she was pregnant and gave birth) she never missed anything! An incredible achievement considering how many house sales she had going on and most importantly a new baby!
As the property was empty, in approx 3 months we had exchanged and completed, and she personally came out on a Friday evening to handover the keys!
